diary: snagged from the web #2

I have been working my way through some stories at the new-to-me BDSM Library. I like to think of it as Literotica just for us kinky folk. I'm not completely wowed by the organization, I can think of much more useful ways to structure the ways you can find a story, but there are some great stories there. More importantly some of them even use proper spelling and grammar and punctuation, a big beef of mine. You can even download the whole text file or PDF of the stories, yum yum.

If you've been wanting to start your own sexy blog but can't design your way out of a paper bag, Tart Graphics has some great sets you can use. My biggest concern is that there doesn't seem to be a lot of info on the copyright for the images used in the layouts. You might want to ask before using them. Update: In the twelve or so hours since I posted this, the site has "closed for the summer". How can you close a site for the summer? Anyways. The link no longer takes you to yummy graphic sets. My apologies.

Now that I finally have a DVD player, I've been scoping the web for good DVD porn that's available in Canada and I keep running across review for The Fashionistas. Has anybody seen it? I'm so tempted to buy it but honestly I've been disappointed time and time again when buying porn. I want real bodies and real sex and real orgasms, and hey, some kink wouldn't hurt. :)

I agree completely. What's the harm in keeping stuff up? And really, isn't that one of the wonderful things about being online - that you can take a break for a month or two and people will *still* enjoy what you've done previously?

[shakes head] Oh well. I come from a different 'net generation, I guess.

Yeah, internet old fogies, that's us. I hope you're right about the month off, because I'm going to take a vacation here soon and won't be able to update ErosBlog for nearly that.

It always boggles my mind when people take stuff down off the web. I mean, stop updating, sure, that can happen. But unless you are serving huge porno movies and can't pay the bandwidth, why would you stop serving the stuff that's already up?

Wierd.

You're going on vacation?!? I'll go into withdrawal, Bacchus!!!! *pout*

It was bad enough that I was gone for a week with no internet access, but a whole month with no ErosBlog?

*sigh*
