There is nothing in this world sexier than a man who knows he can make you scream like you’ve never screamed before and tantalizes you with the knowledge. Notice I said knows, not thinks – the chasm between the two makes the difference between full-of-himself asshole and confidently, dangerously sexy man.I love being teased. I love teasing others. Frankly, I’ve had much better luck finding partners who like to be teased than ones who are adept at the teasing themselves, but in my years I’ve met one or two who frankly had the power to make my toes clench in their little shoes. They had such power over me. And sometimes they didn’t even know it.
My fondest sexual memories are of teasing or being teased. The time B. and I watched porn with some of our highschool friends (he spent the entire movie secretly playing with little bits of my body). The time S. and I learned why a long-drawn out blowjob is Better. The time J. discovered just why I love fingers so much (oh my God).Even my favourite movie and book scenes have way more to do with teasing and way less to do with the actual sexual acts. Case in point: Cruel Intentions with Sarah Michelle Gellar and that gorgeous kid from Club 54. There’s a scene where she lays on top of him and teases him unmercifully while trying to keep him in a coherent, non-related conversation. Awesome. Makes my body parts tingle whenever I think of it.
And I know it’s why of all my short stories, The Gift is my personal favourite, second only to The Elevator.
Good teasing is so rare. Some people will try, but if they’re not well tuned into what cranks you up, it’s just not the same. If you find an excellent tease, hold on to him or her. They will have a finesse with your body that you may never have dreamed of.
